Terms of Use

QmyMusic lets a party host play music through their own Spotify account and device while guests contribute songs to a shared queue. Using QmyMusic requires a Spotify account; hosting requires Spotify Premium, because Spotify only allows playback control on Premium accounts. By signing in you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Playback happens on the host's own device through the host's own Spotify subscription. QmyMusic streams no music itself, is free, carries no advertising, and is intended for private, personal, non-commercial use.

The host is in charge of their party: they can pause it, end it, or change the playback device at any time. Don't use QmyMusic to harass anyone, and don't attempt to disrupt parties you were not invited to. We may end parties or remove accounts that abuse the service.

QmyMusic is built on the Spotify platform but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Spotify. Because Spotify requires it of every app on its platform, you also agree that:

• QmyMusic, not Spotify, is solely responsible for this application.
• Spotify makes no warranties or representations of any kind on behalf of the application and disclaims all implied warranties with respect to the Spotify platform and content, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• You will not modify or create derivative works based on the Spotify platform or Spotify content.
• You will not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Spotify platform, service, or content.
• Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and of our Privacy Policy and is entitled to directly enforce them.

Your use of Spotify itself remains governed by Spotify's Terms of Use.

QmyMusic is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the queue fair and the music flowing, but we can't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for what gets played at your party.
